Hey it's me again. As the title says I am looking for good
body-weight neck exercises since i have no access to weight equipment right now. I was wondering if there was a type of stretch that would help me out I think I've seen Wrestlers do a bridge using their neck to hold up their body I think and was wondering if that was a good way and wanted to ask before I try it and damage or break my neck and find out it won't help me at all
