That was dre at his lowest form, sure it wasnt a solo joint but still the worst album hes been apart of. 10 years to make an album is just unacceptable, if your talking 15 tracks thats a tack and 1/2 per year??? come on. 3-4 minute tracks dont take a year to make.

2pac was a worthaholic, he made more music (and better) then dre in 6 months then dre has in his whole career, if 2pac were alive he could have 10 classics under his belt easy, the man was just that good!
