First i would like to say hello to everyone this is a great forum. I was wondering if anyone here trains in FT Lauderdale area. I am looking for a gym to learn boxing techniques but i don't want to do the fitness boxing at the bally's etc. There are surprisingly few boxing gym's down here. If anyone has a recommendation of a gym i would appreciate it.
