I've come to have interest now in watching that whole fight round per round again, tonight. I haven'nt watched it for a while. Actually, I had two tapes of the Marciano-Moore fight, one with the crowd noise and televised commentary included ... and another tape round per round of the same fight ... on even better quailty of film still .. in which Marciano himself called his own fight .. round per round with Moore ... and on that tape that particular tape the fight was filmed at a little different angles ... and that helps to even see more.
I remember being very impressed with not just with Marciano the way he fought that fight, but also with Moore as for how he fought that fight!
After I have watched both tapes of that one fight again tonight ... just to refresh my memory, and then may have more to say about tomorrow.
But I do remember it being a great fight ... and in my veiw at least as best I remember no easy fight for Maricano ... and by his own admission that it wasn't also.
When the fight was over, he was glad it was over. It was no easy fight for him, what I saw, and remember him to have said about that fight as well.
