If you still need to know, I would say try out South Florida Boxing on Washington Ave. & 6th Street in South Beach. Unlike other gyms, it's not about a place to see pretty people and show off your six pack. It's about getting in shape and learning how to box. It's not the cheapest gym to join, but it's no more expensive than any other gym offering Boxing classes. You have nothing to lose, they give you a free class to try it out.
