Talking Amatuer boxing

How long are the rounds in an amatuer boxing match
for example for my Shadow boxing i do 6 x 3 minutes rounds
with a 45 second break in between.
During this break i stretch.
I know in a true amatuer boxing match i do 4 rounds
so i do 3 round of full on boxing and the last 3 round of my shadow boxing i am fairly drained to simulate situations in which i will be tired do to having to chase an out boxer or having a slugging fest.
Also if any one can tell me how often a amateur boxer will fight for
I am 14 and will become 15 in October
I began boxing at 12 but stopped but i basically have 6months -1 year boxing experience although it as not amateur it was more
I went to a boxing gym did mostly work outs
Did the mitts, i went on the bag and i have 4 round of sparring.

Also if any one can give me tips on how to improve my boxing i will greatly appreciate it.
I will bew attending Harvey Hadden for those who live in Nottingham, Britain
do you know if is that good ?

I think its 3 or 4 rounds for amatuer and anyone younger than 15 fights for 1 minute per round. Everyone above that fightst 2 minutes a round. You're doing good from what it looks like i'm too lazy to really think of what else you should be doing. Looks to me like you're doing good. Running is good for your stamina. Jumping rope.

There is no time limit for you running miles just keep working at it and work on your stamina. Everyone runs at different speeds. I'm usually active in these types of posts when people are trying to look for help. Not many posts lately but i'm here to help if anything.

Well certain things you gotta rephrase so i can understand cause i can tell i'm not from where you are i dont know what weight is in kg and i don't know what BMI is. You're only 14 so don't take anything you're still growing don't lift a lot of weights it'll stop your growth lifting weights wont help much in boxing. The running will help you lose weight. You're 6 feet so your weight should be around 150-180pounds. Any other questions i'll try to help you right now iono if i answered everything cause i'm dealing with my girlfriend lol. so just ask more if anything.
