Questions On How Many Times I Should Be Running A Week

Well I Just Started Boxing And Im 16 Years Old , About 143, And 5"11 . I Was Trying To See How Many Times And How Far I Should Be Running A Week. And Maybe How Many Times I should Be Doing Weight Lifting? And Note I Go To Boxing Practice Monday And Wendsday.

I don't suggest weightlifting. Since you train monday and wednesday Jog fridays and sundays. I don't think theres a specific amount of miles you should be running. Just run as much as you can. Do a couple of sprints here and there. As you progress you'll realize you're capable of running longer and faster. Just time yourself and see how far you've gone and you'll eventually progress and realize it by you monitoring it.
