is 17 too old to start?

Well, ive been going to my local boxing gym for about 6 weeks now. Im 5'8, 146 pounds and in good shape. I just wanted to know if 17 years old is too old to start if i wanted to fight professionally one day. I train everyday, boxing 3 times a week, running twice a week, and weight lifting twice a week.

I started at 17 too. You can reach a good level don't worry. I suggest you to fight in the amateurs for a good 3 years before turning pro. Your training schedule looks good. Keep it up.
