Started Training Yesterday

what's up? can you fellas on this site let me know if im off to a good start and if i have a good base?

Name: Allen Romero
D.O.B: 1/28/91
Height: 5 Feet 11 Inches
Weight: 167.5 (trying to get down to 147)
-may 5th 2007, i weighed 147 pounds the last year i went crazy with the food and gained alot of weight!
Training:
25 Min Jog every other day
4 sets of 20 sit ups every day
5 sets of 15 push ups every day
walking up and down my stairs with 5 pound weights (30 mins a day)

Diet:
Cereal Every Mourning
Low Fat Yogurt For A Snack
Alots Of Greens & Fruit For Lunch
Low Fat Yogurt For A Snack
Chicken Or Fish For Dinner (some rice)

No Soda || Juice & Water only (about 6-8 glasses of water everyday)

You're off to a great start! Proper diet and stuff, steak is good too. If I were you, I would do 4 sets of 25, just to make it 100 a day. Good luck with your training.

Instead of running up and down your stairs try to focus on your roadwork and try to run about an hour with sprint drills (work you way up slowly but surely by adding 10 mn everyday and at least one sprint at the end). Try to do 200 pushups and sit ups a day (sets of 20 are fine). Your diet is good but I suggest you to eat more meat.
Anyway you're off to a pretty good start so keep it up .
