why boxing is losing to the mma

Boxing is my favorite sport,its hands down,when there are two equal or close to combatants the most excited sport imo......but we are losing to the mma,why? poor judging,its getting to be so common that if you have a guy thats supose to win,if he dont get knocked out he will get the decision,and i dont understand why protect undefeated fighters records,a loss or two can sometimes make a fighter better for it........now the other end of the spectrum which i cant even get my head around this,when...
