Sugar Ray Robinson
Sugar Ray Robinson was one of the greatest fighters ever lived. He fought the most champions than anybody in history, a record number of 18. He fought up to 85-0 with 69 KOs, 40 of them in the first round, in his amateur career before going professional in 1939. He fought until he was 40-0 and he fought Jake La Motta, losing his first match ever. He beat another man, and after beating that man, he had a rematch with Jake La Motta, beating him by unanimous decision. All of that was done within a month. Sugar Ray Robinson went until the early 1950s before being defeated again by Englishmen Randy Turpin. Sugar Ray Robinson was one of the all time greats because of his speed, style, and determination. He had a great punch and he had a very great chin to go with it. He retired in 1965 after having 202 fights, with 108 of them ending by KO.

Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Thomas Hearns II
Both of these fighters were out of their prime when they fought in 1989, Leonard was too muscle bound and was losing some of his reflexes and speed, and Hearns was running on weak legs and a china chin. Hearns outboxed Leonard thoroughly and won the fight by wide margins, although the judges robbed him of his victory and called the fight a draw. My grandfather was at the fight that night, and as he was walking by the judges table, he tripped over their seeing eye dogs. Even Sugar Ray Leonard grudgingly admitted that Hearns had won the fight.

Joke of the Week
A man is dressing up in the locker room of a country golf club when a cell phone rings. the man picks it up.
Man: hello who is this?
Woman: hey, honey, its me! Say, you know that house that we wanted that was 900 thousand? Can we get it?
Man: Yeah, I really love that house.
Woman: Great! By the way, that car that I wanted is only 90 grand now, can I get it?
Man: sure, sure. Pay extra so that you can get all of the features.
Woman: thanks. can I pick up a couple of fur coats too?
Man: Sure, why not?
Woman: Thanks, bye. *hangs up*
The man put down the cell phone and said to the men dressing around him "does anybody know who's cellphone this is?"
