Question start boxing club

I'd like to open a boxing only club. I'm looking for help in things I might need to buy and need to get started with. I need advice and anything else one could think of. What does it take to run a sucessful club? Help! I need talented help from anyone who knows. Thank you.

Buy 2 heavybags (100lbs), a speed bag, a double end bag, incline boards, 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, a ring (your choice of size), and 2 beams about 10 ft apart to tie a rope to so people can bob and weave under it. Also leave some space for jumping rope.
