Looking for a Certain Piece of Equipment.

I'm looking for a training aid.

It's a tennis ball attached to an elastic cord. That helps work on reaction and timing.

Anybody know where I can find it or what it's called?

Thanks in Advance.

wouldnt a slip bag work as well? The tennis ball on a cord thing you can easily make yourself, dont have to buy a premade one

I already use one but this thing is supposed to be held by another person and I guess you could say thrown from diffrent angles like a yo-yo.

It's driving me mad.

is it attached to bpth the floor and cieling, or just cieling?

if its both then they are sold in most sport shops.

if its to the cieling, fill a sock with stones or rice or sand etc. an hang it with string or something.

I made one when I was younger

You can't find one. I built one when I was 15 about 12 years ago. I made it out of nylon camping string ($2.99 back then) and simply drilled a whole through a tennis ball and strung it through. Hang it loose since it isn't a doublt end bag and you want it to move.

put a tennis ball in a vise on a drill press, drill a hole through it, place your elastic cord through it, put two knotts on each side to hold the ball where you want it then attach it to the floor and ceiling. Works fine Rafter
