I bought this product a week or so ago and it has worked great. I use it for MMA/Crossfit/Tabata Style workouts. It made it simple for me to set the desired time per round, rest and number of rounds per workout and just go. Unit is simple to operate and due to its size it is good for travel workouts. Though it has a small screen it can easily be read from 10 or 12 feet away. Beeper is plenty loud, but if you wear an IPod you can put it on vibrate as well.

I'm using the Gymboss Interval Timer too. It's a great tool if you’re training in little groups or alone and if you’re couching smaller groups.

But if you have more than 6 boxer who are working at the heavy bag you – as a couch – have to scream "stop" or something like that, because they won't hear beeper (that’s usually my problem in the gym).

The Timer is still a great tool, which I highly recommend, because you can set the intervalls as you wish and place it in you pocket.
