Hi, in august I'll go to USA and i want to buy some gears, i need some advices and some opinions about my choices.

First I need gloves :
Bag : Grant super bag pro gloves
Sparring/training : IMF Training gloves lace cuff

I don't know what size I'm supposed to choose for sparring, 14 or 16 oz, i'm 5' 7" and about 125 lbs.

Then I need shoes, is the instigator from ringside a good shoes ? What about adidas ? I'm a little bit lost about boxing shoes.

And i finally need headgears.

Can you advise me please ?
