I would be all over that if I weren't 6 hours away. The only boxing gym around here is this place but its extremely small and had very odd hours.

Boxing Gym in Sessions in Covent Garden

The Boxing Clinic was formed for one major reason, and that is to take the intimidation out of Boxing.

People tell us all the time that they would love to try boxing but because of the nature and reputation of the sport not everyone has the confidence to go to a Boxing Gym.

At the Boxing Clinic you learn at YOUR pace – so the beginner can learn the moves and gain confidence week by week while the more experienced boxer will sweat at our pace! Above all, there are no unfriendly faces, or attitude when you walk through the door. You do not have to fight nor have any physical contact in any aspect of your boxing training unless you want to. You can do this just for fun or fitness – your choice.

There is no question that it is one of the best fitness conditioning sports around and we can help you gain greater speed, agility, strength and above all stamina. All we need from you is commitment – we do the rest.

We run weekly group sessions, 10 sometimes 20 people. And should you want to progress at a faster rate we can offer 1-2-1 sessions as we have the elite of London’s trainers under our roof.

Take a browse around the site; check out the gallery for photos and for some movies of the regular and 1-2-1 sessions we run.

Don’t be intimidated come on down you could be a natural but how will you ever know if you don’t try?

The Noble Art of Boxing awaits YOUR presence…

Hey, I'm now here. I've always loved boxing and watched it with my dad every since I was a child (as most of you probably did) Recently though, I've been wanting to try it out and see if I can go somewhere with it. I live in Bronx, NY and was wondering if there are any places you guys would recommend for someone like me to get a start. I'm not that good on money, so nothing too extreme, haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Live in total boxing wasteland!

Gulf Coast Mississippi here, with only one Gym standing after Katrina. But with only two hours open, and me working 'swing' shift I am out of luck. Hopefully will be moving back to Vegas, where upon my last visit I saw BOXING gym signs everywhere!

In Sacramento....

I train at a relatively new gym called Broadway Boxing, in Sacramento. Located on Broadway, near 56th St. It's small but very good as it's run in the evenings by the owner. He's kicking my ass and I haven't been in this kind of shape for 20 years.
