on the estore main>Username section, it would be nice for the admin to add a Username Change, the points deducted from the user's account should be 5,000-10,000 points for any username change.

As of now the only way it can be done is by an administrator, and our "administrator" is currently missing in action. If I had the capabilities to change your name I would do it for you for nothing. I'll see what I can do man.
