i put a 5k bet on pac to beat diaz. i have no idea how much i will win. i'm not much of a better anyway.

does it show you how much u win etc? maybe it's a us system. who knows.

i know if it was 5-1 and if i bet 1 and won, i would get 5 back.

i dunno the -1700 etc

yeah but i want to know how much i will win if i bet a certain amount. i don't wanna bet on something like 5k if i only win 100.

Ok.

100/290 (0.34) You need to put on 100 points to get the (0.34) which is 34 points. If you bet 1000 you'll get 340 points.

230/100 (2.30) If You put the 100 points on here you get the (2.30) which is 230 points. If you bet 1000 you'll get 2300 points.

It isn't a US thing. It is a bookie thing. Multiply what you bet times what the number with a decimal is. For example if you bet 500 multiply that times .34 if that is the decimal value, for example. -1700 is like 1:17. +500 is like 5:1. The put it on a 100 pt scale because some of the odds are -195 and so.
