That was a case of two members starting a pissing match with each other which got way out of hand. Both members were repremanded and the thread was closed. They sullied up the thread with their nonsense aimed at each other and it should have been closed earlier. I talked to the staff about it.
The other thread was a direct attack on amember in the passing of his family member. Unwarranted, unprovoked. And the offender was warned yet he continued. Different situations. If you cant see that, than I cant help you, sorry.
VD continuously starts pissing matches, nothing new there. Tell me this, who was threatening people's families? Who was threating to cut peoples throats? Theres a difference between startinig a pissing match and calling someones bluff. One member was repeatedly threating another, while the other member was calling his bluff. Big difference.
Tommy wasnt threating anyone, was he? Was he talking about cutting another members throat for no reason what so ever?

I know Freddie Roach, I've met him several times over the years. I never met Joey but I know what its like to l;a brother. No matter who it is surely members can repect peoples feelings. I remember when I lost my brother a couple of yrs ago I was told the forum was not the place that should be discussed no one wants to know. I'm not sure but I believe both Shane & you yourself posted as such
