im no pharmasist but i would be pretty sure there wouldn't be a performance enhancing drug that couldn't be detected.

if there was i dont think guys like justin gatlin (olympic 100 meter champion) would have been busted with a detectable drug in there body.

as i said though, im no pharmasist.

I'll leave this by saying that the English must have developed a very sophisticated testing when "ALL" performance enhancers are detected through a couple of tests!

o.k. I know many of you are going to disagree with me on this but I feel really sorry for Toney on this one because there are SO MANY boxers who use steriods it's not even funny. especually in the heavyweight division. I have seen steroids, hell my brother has sold a couple of vials to friends who wanted it. I have seen what it can do first hand to someone in a matter of 2-3 months and it is amazing. I consider myself a wanna be natural bodybuilder. I'm not yet comfortable enough to do a show but plan on it someday. I have been to professional and drug tested shows and have many natural magazines laying around the house and I think I have a very good understanding on what you can physically obtain naturally and though steroids. That being said, I believe boxing is a very drug oriented sport and I think their should not be testing envolved because there are always ways around passing the test, trust me. Again some of you will not want to hear or believe this and that's perfectly fine, but from what i've seen first hand at the gym I work at, and though supporting natural bodybuilding, I truly think steroids have become a part of boxing. Feel free to add your imput.

As already stated, I feel most use performance enhancers in this day and age within the boxing arena, whether on an island, or elsewhere. Beyond that, it would take about 100 pages to explain the different dynamics, and that is a bit beyond this forum.

This is true to an extent. Some techniques athletes use to pass/get around a test are as follows: 1. If an athlete knows what type of test is given say a piss test, then he will use only drugs such as HGH because HGH can only be found though blood testing, and vice versa. many times only one of the two type of test will be given, and it's usually a pea test. 2. An athlete can time his cycles so when he gets off the drug, say 3-4 months before the actual fight, the drugs will have actually run their course and will no longer show up on any test given. 3. There are illegal drug cleansers out that will flush your entire body of drugs, vitamins, and minerals,completely out of your body for a short period of time, usually between 4-8 hours, and that can work in passing a drug test. 4. Another popular method in passing a pea test is because when a pea test is given the person in charge usually allows the athlete to pea in a container behind close doors where no one actually watches him pea in the test tube. therefore the athlete can take someone else's pea and tie it in a condom and hide it in the crotch of his underwear until dumping it in the container.
