JMM offered 15M to fight in Dubai
Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez has 15 million dollars offer to fight in Dubai next april, against Zolani Marali, informed his trainer Ignacio Beristain at the Romanza Gym.
"They offered 15 million dollars after taxes to Juan Manuel to fight WBF light welterweight champion Zolani Marali in Dubai, and an offer like that can't be rejected", he said.
He also said that Juan Manuel "is the only one who can say yes or no since he's the one who gets into the ring, but I can tell you that Juan won't fight for free anymore and that is an offer he won't reject".
Beristain was questioned about Fernando Beltran mentioning Jessie Vargas and Vyacheslav Senchenko as possible opponents, "I don't know them, but I'm telling you money has to be good in order to convince Juan Manuel".
"For his next fight, he must train four months, just as he did for his fight with Pacquiao", concluded.
