Left hook to the chin. It comes from the side, less expected by opponents in general.

A good counter (hook, straight, it doesn't matter) is the most damaging punch IMO.

There isn't one. Some fighters have terrible left hooks but their straight will knock you 5 rows back into the crowd. Others don't have a good straight, but their hook will plant you firmly on your back.

The chin, temple, and liver are the places that usually result in knockouts, though. The punch still needs to be timed well and thrown well to get the knockout, though.

Solar prixas is a good part to aim too, it usually results in cyanosis, which leads to a TKO.

Do you mean which stance?? I'd say any close stance protects your abs and chest, like Broner's or Mayweather's.

But is not only about stance, you also have to be careful while throwing a punch not to open your guard that much or you could be hit easily.

Any punch other than a jab can be a devastating punch if you can throw it with your body weight behind it.
