Dude I'm the biggest Cotto fan here but I know when his opponent is stronger than him. Lovemore N'dou was stronger than him and was hurting him in the later rounds and Ricardo Torres hit harder than him. Cotto couldn't hurt Mosley so he changed his strategy and boxed in circles around him. He was clearly backing away from Mosley's power in the later rounds which is smart. He might do it against Margarito too.

Corley, torres and mosley are NOT stronger than miguel cotto. Corley gives everyone problems, torress can punch, mosley is mosley. These guys may have a certain edge over cotto in a certain department but if its one thing, its not that they are bigger and stronger.

a well placed body shot is what caused cotto to switch up. he'll definately be utilizing his boxing skills against margy.

I never said they were bigger but stronger. Torres is a harder hitter at 140 than Cotto. He stopped more opponents and he was landing the harder punches in their fight. Cotto won because of his workrate and accuracy. Corley and Judah are definitely not stronger than him. Mosley and N'Dou were chasing Cotto. He changed his strategy for a reason. They are at least as strong as Cotto (even though Mosley is a bigger puncher IMO). People tend to forget that Cotto wears his opponents down instead of taking them out with one shot. Gomez got stopped by the doctor. I like it as a fan because that means you can be stronger, faster and have a better chin than Cotto and he's still gonna beat you.

Only kermit cintron but look how long it took him to knock out feliciano. a guy who got koed in 1 round by a much less devastating puncher in arnauotis.

I like the fact that he's beating guys who hit harder even if he gets hurt. That means he's unstoppable. I give him a lot of credit for that. If you wanna be delusional and think Cotto is a huge puncher who destroys everyone they put in front him then more power to you. Personally, I know he's much more than that.
