I don't think Sr. is a bad choice. IMO as soon as Hatton gets going he will go right back to being the usual Ricky en route to a wide UD.
I think Hatton is a lock, and Calzaghe too if he keeps that 0.

To me Hatton is more of a lock than Calzaghe...

Don't forget that 8 grand you owe me Balistik. I'm going to have to send the debt collecters round if I don't get it soon.

Why not just as long as the opponent is a foot shorter, if DLH can do it why not Ricky

If Ricky wins impressively, like oscar hopes they both will, they could fill two Wembly arenas, it could very well be the highess grossing fight ever in europe.. Oscar's plane might go down on the way back from the weight of all the money he'll be bringing....

My confidence in Ricky is severely shaken. I thought he'd bounce back well from the M********* fight, but he looked terrible against Lazcano and probably should have lost if not for the hometown ref. I like him a lot, but it pains me to watch him at this point. That being said, even a faded Jones poses more of a threat than a prime Malignaggi. I think Calzaghe's overconfidence will get him into a shitstorm of trouble. Ricky knows he can't lose to this clown. If the same Ricky that got TKOed in the tenth shows up against Mr. Hair Extensions, he'll have no problem.

Definitely. Because Hatton had the balls to go to America and seek the big opponents.

I don't think he would have lost without a hometown ref. That said he was a little shaky at times. But it was is first fight back. And you're right. Ricky knows he can't lose .

Hey nasty , I though he just had an off night coming back from a loss and all with his ego bruised, he probably pushed himself to fight more than he actually wanted to ,having put himsef on the spot with his fans over there only added to the pressure, plus Lazcano was no slouch, I think that with the departure of the depressing Graham, and the arrival of Mayweather Sr he'll be a lot more lively for Malaninghi

I don't think so. Hatton will be fighting the most skilled guy he faced since Floyd and he'll be trying to outbox him. Not to mention the unfamiliar face in his corner cursing at him between rounds. I smell an upset.

I agree... As long as he doesnt try to outbox Paulie, he will be okay. Paulie doesnt have any power or anything to make Ricky pay for recklessness
