Once you get rid of the Orgs, then most of these other problems take care of themselves.

Thats why there should be only one champ. Then the better fighters are high up the rankings and get the title shots. Obviously the one organisation would have to be independant and unbias.

Judges need to be really experienced so 40 or 50 should be a minimum lol. Why not let the ref judge the fight like in the old days.

Why? I dont have a huge problem with the way things are now but I like my refs and judges to be old enough to understand the business and not to old so they can't even see whats going on. I'm tired of these 70 year old men who ref and judge fights, its just not right nor fair. Nothing against old people but eyesight and perception change over time. Boxing needs youth, always has and always will.
