That's a little expensive. A quick death, though. How long does death by drowning take? 2 minutes?
I'd offer something merciful but cheaper. I'd line up Berkowitz, Chapman, Loughner (among others who are wastes of space) and give 'em injections of powerful narcotics, enough so they are barely conscious. Then one by one they're led into the bathroom, shoved head first in a used toilet bowl, and kept under for the necessary 2 minutes. "NEXT...."
