^^^ the majority of rap out there right now is trash, and 9 out of every 10 songs played on the radio blow. I agree there are a few good rappers left, but they are a dieing breed. Common, Jay-z Kanye and Nas have all considered retiring from rap, and i dont blame them. It would be frustrating to be someone like common and make great music for such a long period of time and then someone like lil wayne comes out and sells a million in 1 week.
I was gonna suggest Dipset but you're into "Real" rap. Lyrically they're good but you may say because they talk about guns drugs, money, bitches, clothes and jewelry its garbage.
SugarShane I ain't hating on you being in the lounge homie. I just think it is funny that a Wayne hater like you takes the time to keep his name in your mouth as well as following his sales.
^^^ heard on the radio that he sold 300k 2nd week, thats why i bothered posting. Im not hatin on wayne, i give him respect when i heard good tracks from him (witch is rare). I just have a hard time accepting what hip hop has turned into. I was heavy into rap music back in the mid-late 90s. Now the biggest star in rap is offically kissing dudes, what has rap turned into?? I honestly prolly only own 10-15 albums thats are newer then 2000, all my other **** is anywhere from 1999-1987ish. If rap has gotton this bad in the past 9-10 years (late 90s to now). Just imagine what itll be like another 10 years from now.

Hmm...3 peat is solid, but I like 5-6 songs better than this one. Tie My Hands is the jam. I just wish Wayne would have spit more than about 8 bars per verse.

I love it. I can't stand anything other than rap reggaeton & R&B. So i turned to R&B cause reggaeton can be horrible at times. And i avoid listening to Plies and Soulja Boy.
Dipset makes good music they arent lyricaly up to par though. Juelz has gotten better from before,but isnt even close to lyricaly on par, Hell Rell is pretty good lyricaly, J.R has better punchlines but he cant make a good song, Dipset is dead
J.R. was horrible on his last mixtape. I think Hell Rell is better than J.R. but dipset hasn't came out with anything. Cam'ron's garbage and so is Jim Jones. They need to make a mixtape with every one of them except the girls they're horrible. They need to bring it back.
