Rafael Marquez-Mark Johnson 1. This is the fight that put Marquez on the map. If I remember correctly Johnson only had one loss coming in. And was a p4p fighter. There in the 7th round of a great fight.

Pernell Whitaker-Jose Luis Ramirez 1. There in the 7th and Whitaker is pretty much dominating the fight. How the fukk they ever give this to Ramirez is beyond me. It wasn't even a hometown decision. Whitaker is black and Ramirez is a Mexican. What the fukk were they doing fighting in France? Talk about a non-boxing country. Obviously they can't judge fights there

i agree, manfredy was a great fighter in his hayday, very exciting boxer to watch, but i think he peaked in the gatti fight and after, he just wasn't getting any better, after the mayweather fight, he wasn't as consistent with his wins, but his early career has a lot of entertaining fights. his latex mask was fukking weird though.

i might watch the manfredy gatti fight myself tonight, what a great bout that was.


i watched Randall vs. Chavez 1 (1994)

great fight, i think chavez had gone a silly amount of fights without a loss and randall was by far at his peak, chavez was overdue a loss.

briliant fight.
