Its got to be the hook ... and one of my all time favourites was Robbie Peden shutting Nate Campbell's mouth in their first fight ... lol , nothing like shutting a big mouth in .13 of a second !
Also the big right by Kostya Tzsyu which gave Zab Judah the worst case of wobbly leg syndrome I have ever seen would have to be a close second. Drop the hands your gonna get hurt !
