Jack Dempsey Locket?
My neighbor is a huge boxing fan and showed me this locket that he believes may be the locket mentioned in the A&E Biography of Jack Dempsey. From what the A&E show said Jack Dempsey "pawned" his locket for the entry fee for his first boxing match, intending to get his locket back once he won the prize money. When going back though the person was no longer around.
He's obviously not positive this is the locket, but he asked me to look up any pictures of Jack Dempsey when he was really young and of his mother assuming that the other photo in the locket would be her. The young man does have a striking resemblance, but I've been unable to find any pictures of his mother to compare.
