Haha I know. I think Oscar has more boxing skill than Manny though, it's just whether he can use it or not at this stage of his career.

I tend to agree that Oscar has better skill. I mean, no, I know Oscar has better boxing skills than Manny. I am a Pacquioa fan, but I have to say technically DLH is better. Pac-Man used to be all about his big left knockout punch, and his defense was basically his offense. He's improved since then especially with his right hand, but fighting Oscar is going to be tough even after proving himself against three Mexican boxing legends. Oscar is...HUGE! Well bigger but still.
Any ways, I still want Pacquiao to win but it's going to be an uphill battle. Also, DLH has 35 year old legs.

DLH will KO him within 8 rounds. I don't even think Pac will hurt DLH. This will be like Hopkins/DLH except DLH will be the Hopkins and it will be a way more brutal KO.

Pacquiao has the speed and endurance advantage over Oscar, I think Oscar will dominate in the early rounds, but will eventually fade and tire while Manny has proven that he only gets stronger and stronger as the rounds go on. It will end in a close UD either way or hopefully a KO for the pound 4 pound king

Very optimistic. De La Hoya is physically FAR superior to Pacquiao and as much as I try to be optimistic, the fact is I know that De La Hoya is going to literally pulverise Pacquiao. This bout has Pacman getting KO written all over it.

Agree on that. But still, I have lots of hope on Manny winning the fight though it seems really imposible. But on second thought, not. It's like David and Goliath battle wherein the giant was beaten by a boy.
There's a lot of factors to consider in this fight so noone can really predict the outcome.
For me, if Manny will win it would be by UD or stoppage at the later rounds.
If DLH, if not by KO or TKO, by UD.

People have no right to criticize De la Hoya for fighting Pacquiao when Pacquiao is winning the poll .

I don't get why people think that Oscar will be stopped. Pacman began his career around 114, and is fighting someone who's prime weight is 147. Oscar hits harder and has a better chin. Only one man has stopped Oscar, and that was Bernard Hopkins with a nice liver shot. But that was @ 160. Who else has stopped him? Nobody. Mosley, Mayweather, Mayorage, Whittaker, Sturm, Chavez, Vargas, TRINIDAD, Quatrey.. the list goes on. They couldn't stop De La Hoya, and I highly doubt that somebody who's coming up almost 12lbs from his last fighting weight (which wasn't natural anyway) is going to stop him. Face it everybody, De La Hoya is going to absolutely smash Pacquiao. This is going to be a brutal stoppage, and Pacman won't even wobble De La Hoya.
