ill take morrales to win this one ive never been a huge pac fan. i think if he fought the likes of barrera and morrales when they were in there primes he would lose 101 times out of 100.

I don't know the criteria far the hall of fame.
But it should not be belts it should be dominance.
And pacman has not dominated his division.
