Member's P4P ranking - may 2008

So here it goes

1. Floyd Mayweather Jr. - 120 pts

2. Manny Pacquiao - 104 pts

3. Joe Calzaghe - 97 pts

4. Miguel Cotto - 87 pts

5. Juan Manuel Marquez - 76 pts

6. Israel Vasquez
- 74 pts

7. Kelly Pavlik - 46 pts

8. Rafael Marquez - 37 pts

9. Ivan Calderon - 19 pts

10. Bernard Hopkins - 10 pts

Voting members(11): Mega, DRpugilist, VD, Rotten Apple, Balistik, Brutus, NinjaDude, BigDigga, SweetSugar, Jroc81, Rayman.
Point System:
-10 points for number #1 everytime its mentioned in a list, 9 for #2 and goes on...
-Every fighter gets an extra 1 point for everytime its ever mentioned in a list - why? let me show an exemple: lets suppose Alfonso Gomez gets voted once as number 9, and John Ruiz voted twice as 10. Both would have 2 points, but with the extras Ruiz would get the nod, wich sounds more fair once he was voted by more members.

Good job getting Calderon up there. The guy deserves credit.

All my points against Jroc81 if Pavlik/Kessler ever happens. I'm rooting for Pavlik.

I had something smart to say then i forgot it so I decided to say some thing smartASS instead.

Good list. I'd change Hop for Mosley and put Pacquiao around 5.

i actually believe floyld is 3rd.

manny 1st for his productivity and activity. going up in weight also.

joe calz 2nd because he is getting old but still has stamina/work rate like no other. gone up in weight.

flolyd for retiring/ fighting osscar who ddoesn't pose a threat these days.
