flolyd for retiring/ fighting osscar who ddoesn't pose a threat these days.
I'm not a big fan of Floyd as most will know, but he is UNDISPUTEDLY POUND FOR POUND THE BEST.

That doesnt make sense at all man..p4p is who you think would win if they were in the same weight class. I mean it doesnt matter how good Joe calzaghe is for his age, what matters is how good he is, just that.

Manny pacquiao has many flaws and there were 2 rounds marquez dominated him, not to mention the compubox statistics slightly favored Marquez, so he cant be the number one the way I see it.
Floyd always scores with tremendous accuracy and barely gets hit with a clean shot, not to mention his handspeed and reflexes are great.

Good points. Marquez clearly beat Pacquiao as well

I scored both Pac/Marquez fights a draw. These guys are evenly matched but Marquez went down 4 times in 2 fights and he officially lost so he shouldn't be in the top5 IMO.

Marquez is borderline top 5 for me. I think a great argument can be made for him being top 5, since you can easily say he beat the #2 P4P fighter twice. With Mayweather gone hes in my top 5.

So???????? He made up for it by winning most other rounds.

i'd beg to disagree on this. i may submit that this fight may be subject for argument but it cannot lead to the conclusion of manny being defeated by marquez. marquez, in fairness, fought very well in this encounter but having said that, pacquiao still remains better than him...
