Member's P4P Ranking - August 2008

Here it is!

1. Manny Pacquiao - 165 pts

2. Juan Manuel Marquez - 136 pts

3. Joe Calzaghe - 133 pts

4. Kelly Pavlik - 120 pts

5. Israel Vasquez - 116 pts

6. Antonio Margarito - 80 pts

7. Rafael Marquez - 56 pts

8. Christian Mijares - 45 pts

9. Miguel Cotto - 43 pts

10.(tie) Ivan Calderon & Bernard Hopkins - 30 pts

Voting members(15): Megarodon, ulster86, Violent Demise, Wicked Shot, no dice nate, Brutus, SRCJJ, NFFC, The Executioner, Ioan gwil, DRPUGILIST, Kozie, Rotten Apple, Unseen, C.J.Rock.

Point System:
-10 points for number #1 everytime its mentioned in a list, 9 for #2 and goes on...
-Every fighter gets an extra 1 point for everytime its ever mentioned in a list - why? let me show an exemple: lets suppose Alfonso Gomez gets voted once as number 9, and John Ruiz voted twice as 10. Both would have 2 points, but with the extras Ruiz would get the nod, wich sounds more fair once he was voted by more members.

A good list. I voted pretty similar to that overall list.

I love that you put Mijares up there, this kid has a little bit of everything, he is technically sound, fast, and accurate not to mention all that heart!!!
