IMO Marquez is the top dog, and Williams is top 10 easily.

Its a horrible P4P lol, Pavlik Tied with Marquez, Margarito under Hopkins all the back at 9th

Williams aint top ten easily lol, you could make a case for him at 10th though

These are just what the numbers showed. Some of the staff didnt even have williams on their list because the list were made before he defeated quitana II and Kolle. The october p4p list will be much more accurate.
