Frank Bruno v Floyd Patterson
I think this is a tough fight to call Franks power v Floyds Speed but if i had to pick a winner I would say Frank by TKO in the late rounds too big and strong for patterson

It'd resemnle the Ingo fights. Fun to watch, with both getting good shots in but someone's going down and out. It'd be a toss up.

He got up the most too, though. The man didn't have a sturdy jaw, but he had a heart to go with the best of them. The fact that he even went through with a rematch with Liston shows he had heart. Reportedly, when Liston died in 1970, Patterson was upset because he and Sonny were going to fight a 3rd time. Takes guts for Patterson to want to even look at Liston after what happened when they fought.

True Patterson was a better boxer than some people give him credit for like Liston is remembered for his losses to ali Patterson is remembered for his losses to Liston. I personally have more respect for floyd for what he did in the 60s-70s rather when he was champ in the 50s his draw and close loss to quarry and his win over bonavana and his destruction of cooper proves that he was still a world class fighter after his two title regins... Having said that I think frank on a gd day can stop pattterson just too big and powerful

Definitely possible. Frank himself could be hurt too, though. This is what gives Floyd a chance, just like it did against Ingo.

Quite true, the poor guy seems to be known only for getting squashed by Liston, and taunted and defeated by Ali, but his KO of Ingemar is one of the most memorable in heavyweight history.

Patterson tends to get underrated. With the way he's looked at now, people would say he'd have lost to some of the people he actually beat.
