Tyson TKO

30 Seconds into round 1 (too ferocious and too fast, fantastic handspeed and amzing variety of punches poor joe would not know what hit him)

Anyone who thinks Tyson could win this fight doesn't understand that boxing is 90% psychology.

Furthermore, Tysoniestas in general are too enamored with the "young Tyson," who feasted on the coke-addled, degenerate remains of the "Lost Generation of Heavyweights." The guy was clearly a fearsome puncher, but never the invincible wrecking machine so many made him out to be, even in his prime.

Frazier is everything Mike Tyson was not. Everything. To even suggest Tyson would have a chance with Joe Frazier seriously misunderstands both Tyson's fragile psychology and how their respective styles would match-up in the ring. Frazier would destroy Tyson inside of three rounds. The first and maybe the second would be hard-swinging stuff, but Tyson would soon shrink from being in their with a man like "Smoking Joe," and once he started to crumble, Frazier would bulldoze him.

The Executioner has a spectacular aura about The Executioner has a spectacular aura about
Frazier by TKO, I can't see Tyson KOing or even beat the same man that defeated a prime Ali. This would be a great fight regardless.

I think I'll go for Tyson here, Tyson is a beast in the first few rounds, with power shots landing all over the place, and Smokin' is a slow starter, so I think this would be over before many of you predicted

But as he did in the Foreman fights, Joe would get up smokin'. By the 7th Frazier would be whacking Tyson's body and breaking his guard open with uppercuts off of the hook. By the 10th Frazier has worn Tyson down and staggered Tyson with a good double hook combo. The fight is out of Tyson. Frazier finishes him off the next round, pounding him on the ropes and in a corner, the ref calls it off.

Tyson backed down when strong resistance occured. Frazier only came on harder.
I see the fight in a very simular fashion, bill. The way that I see it happening though, is a 9th round KO. Mike Tyson would have had the fight knocked out of him much earlier, and he would have dropped his gaurd in exaughstion, and Frazier would have pounced.

Frazier KO9 Tyson

Sorry, but that was not a prime Ali. He was not even the best form of the Ali in the 70's. The true prime Ali was in the 1960s. Ali back then had not yet discovered the Rope a Dope style, and I think that the 60's Ali would have taken care of Frazier like he did Liston.
