I dont realy rate Chavez as a 147 fighter so id have to go with Tito in this one, he'd be to big for Chavez and take him down the stretch.

By the way they looked against the same guys they fought and size I’d go with Tito.

I did some more thinking (never a good thing)
Prime Vs Prime or close to it who beat who?
Taylor beat Chavez same weight class
B-Hop two weight classes bigger.
Today I’d pick Tito by a punishing TKO

Before the Pernell fight for Chavez and ten years ago
Chavez established and in his prime VS a young up and coming star in his prime? I would have put my money on Chavez
But like I said today looking back I pick Tito.
