On the undercard of cotto/mayweather. That fight would be for the undisputed welterweight title and we all know berto is ranked number 1 by wbc, which is mayweathers organization and we all know zab wants a rematch with cotto and mayweather. So I think it would be great for the undercard.

I have a feeling Cotto/Mosley II will happen before Cotto/Mayweather if Mosley beats Zab. I think Berto will challenge the winner of Quintana/Williams II.

Why not? If Mosley beats Zab and Cotto beats Margarito and Floyd chooses to give Hatton a rematch I can see that fight happen.
