Steve,

how long do you tend to spend on each excercise?

I am working out from home at the minute apart from a 1hr session at the boxing gym on a Tuesday,

I do this once every 3 days. BUt i do cardio every day.
shadow box: 10 mins,
skipping: 5 x 3 min rounds ( 1 min rest inbetween )
speed bag: 15 mins
heavy bag: 15 mins
weights + Body weight exercises: about 40mins to 1 hour.
skipping: 5 x 3 min rounds ( 1 min rest inbetween )
exercise bike: a solid 30 mins
shadow box: 10 mins

I do exercise bike and skipping the same as i have up there, every other day just to get cardio down while my muscles recover, every 3rd day.
I i also do interval running once a week.

Thats a guideline to what i do, it works best for me. Also maintain healthy diet.

BurtonBoy what do u do at the gym for 1 hour?
You have a boxing coach i do not ( not yet anyways ), Ask him for the best advice to do at home, as he will know what fits you best. You dont want to be taking my routine from me, as my body is most probably very completely different to yours.

I shadow box just to help work on my form.
Right now I've just noticed that my hooks a little retarded so i just do a lot of work doing them slowly and speeding them up and using them in combos while shadow boxing.
