I need a new trainer. I am 29 tears old. I have been out of it for over a year. I am 174 lbs and just under 6ft. I am a SOUTHPAW... But
I can box both ways... I am located in PA

Where, if your near Easton, go to Larry Holmes training center, if your near near Philly, then go to Joe Frazier's gym.
