in shape...

What is the best workout you can do to get your abs in shape for boxing?

Also, what kind of bag do you recommend for home practice, and do you recommend gloves or just to wrap my hands?

i have had success with doing leg lifts and and situps it works best if u use a medicine ball thats what i do get get my abs in shape. I usually work down at the gym but at home i have an 80 lb bag that works great and when you hit the bags i strongly reccomend that u not only wrap your hands but also wear gloves gloves as well thats the best way to protect your hands but if u had to pick one i would prolly say to use the gloves
