DOMESPLITTER is a rookie! Class in session...
How to mix weight training, and boxing training

I really want to bulk up this summer. But I am also training for a very low level boxing match next spring.

The only thing that is set in stone is sparing monday and wednesday nights.

When I lift, from day to day i'll do chest / tri's one day. back / bi's the next. shoulders / arms next. core. and then legs.

I am often too sore to throw good punches / keep my hands up through a whole session.

Should i change my lifting regiment?

Any tips on combining strength training with some boxing training?

your body needs to rest a bit between training days, that's how you build muscle.

You might want to try lifting chest/shoulder/tris on Thursday or Friday so it does not interfere with your boxing.

Try full body training instead of bodybuilding

The problem with breaking up isolated parts of the body during athlete training is that you can form imbalances not to mention the fact that when you compete as an athlete you use your whole body. It's not like you win fight with just your chest and Tri's. I'm not saying that there is no room for isolation in your workouts, but that really depends on your areas of weakness. So maybe consider functional training where you focus on the motion or the goal. If you want to focus on hitting power, that could mean explosive olympic lifts like a clean (gets your legs, back, and hips) with some volume training for the chest and arms. Here are two articles I think you may find interesting:

when i do my workouts, i do everything in the workout in one day. weights, bagwork, core, and speedbag. i do my core every day though. it only takes about a half hour for the core, so it's easy. and cardio every day. it's not only good for stamina, but also good for your heart.
