Question about my workout

Do you guys "stack" your workouts into one day a few days a week? For instance doing cardio, bag work, and weightlifting all in one day and then taking a day or two off. Instead of spreading it out periodically over the week?

I do everything in one day, and go to the gym every Tuesday and Wednsday. Also, just a tip, if you are training to be a boxer, or training in boxing at all, don't lift weights.

i usually do bag work....then follow it up with some light weight/high rep weights just to mix it up a bit....maybe even a light run after that....but other than that i like to keep it separated so then i don't tire myself out with one huge workout and can't do the next days

Do your cardio and bag work first, and lift weights after. And there is nothing wrong with lifting weights if done properly.
