What style do you think is better counter punching are bullying and power punching

If you don't hit hard then none of them. I would say the most effectively used is a mixture of counterpunching and powerpunching.

Not true AT all. It isn't all about power. Willie Pep didn't hit hard and he was the greatest featherweight, and arguably P4P fighter of all time. Ali didn't hit hard. It isn't all about power. Its about skill.
