Since i dont have a jump rope right now cause it broke im thinking about walking up 12 stories of a building which is around 14-15 stairs per floor multiply that by 12. is this good? what part of my body will it work out?
Running is the best cardio exercise for boxing. It improves our boxing and provides strength and power. I am also a boxer and i like to do running daily.
yes it is good for your fitness.. i suggest you to try swimming... it is one of the best cardio exercise..
