Sparring Advice

Hey guys,

I started sparring now, I have had 4 sessions of sparring altogether. The problem I am finding now is that after 3-4 ( 3 minute rounds ) I gass out fast. I would say I am in OK shape at 69.4kg. But I am not ripped or anything, should I start road work to build stamina up?

Thank you

Yes, i was like this too. If you are training for amateurs do some long runs but incorporate HIIT(high intensity interval training) as well because ama boxing is very explosive. The most important thing is to relax, if youre tense then that tension drains ALOT of energy, just remember to breathe and try to relax.
