College student seeking advice
Hey guys, I've been lurking around for a couple months now and finally decided to sign up. I started "kick boxing" a few months ago and I've been on and off (nothing serious) and I recently noticed I proffered boxing a lot more (I tagged a long a beginner boxing class). Problem is college is starting soon and I finish class at about 6PM everyday so I don't have time to take boxing classes any more. Could any of you guys perhaps suggest a training routine/ link me to a thread for beginners of some sort considering I don't have much free time. Thanks!
