Hey guys, a Belgium person here. Due the lack of the sport being popular enough, and the small country, there's no real forum around. So I stop by here, to ask some information.

What I want is a list, of stuff that I can do every week. I'm no good at inventing and doing things at a go, I need solid planning.

Specs :
120kg (That's 240pounds, I already lost about 15pounds the past 2 months though)
1m94cm (6"4.38)

I'd say I'm a pretty heavy build guy, but if all the fat would fall of it should get me around 190pounds, so in fighting shape I'm aiming for 210pounds.

Monday : ?
Tuesday : ?
Wednesday : Boxing
Thursday : Boxing
Friday : ?
Saturday : ?
Sunday : ? Boxing

As you can see, my club trains 3 times a week and I attend all of those. I've been trying to do a wide variety of things around these days, running, jogging, lifting, pumping all that. But it seems I'm hurting my body more then I'm advancing, due not spreading the trained muscles correctly?

At my own house I got a heavy bag, a speed ball and a jumping rope. I also got a car/money to go swimming?

Basically what I'm asking here is some tips to make my week complete without having a body that's in pain all the time. I know pain is good, it means I'm using muscle, but right now I got issues lifting a glass of water...

I'm aiming for amateur boxing, perhaps more. But my fat is blocking me... (If I get good reply's, I'll post a picture..)
